Dear Connie
I want to thank you for your vital role in the expansion of the Gospel through the Association of Free Churches in Thailand (AFT). Our mission follows a clear, strategic path: Going Wide to reach unreached villages, Going Deep to nurture village believers, and Going Strong to develop our district leaders.
While much of our focus is dedicated to the Going Wide initiative, it is the support provided for our Going Deep and Going Strong initiatives that sustains the work. In the last year alone, we have successfully trained 56 additional district church leaders and 2,388 new village church leaders. We achieved this through Going Strong intensive leadership training at our AFT Training Center and by mobilizing these district leaders to Go Deep and visit over 8,123 village churches.
These visits are essential for strengthening the "spiritual backbone" of each village church. Through courses like
The Sermon on the Mount,
The Parables of Jesus, and
Practical Disciple-Making, we are providing local village leaders with the tools and encouragement they need to lead with excellence. We are honored to have you standing with us in these initiatives; your partnership is a vital part of the spread of the Gospel in Thailand.
Discover how Jesus transformed Thanawan Sriyakul from struggling single mother to bold leader through AFT’s discipleship training.
I am a government worker that serves as the Director of Public Health in Phetchabun, but for a long time, I was just a single mother struggling in silence. That changed when I met Jesus. He took away my loneliness and gave me a peace I never thought possible. Today, I don’t just work at the Wang Pong Municipal Office—I minister there. I have found the courage to lead my colleagues to Christ, and seeing them believe is my greatest happiness.
A huge thank you to the AFT for the training that showed me how to take God's Word into the real world. I am no longer just surviving; I am being used by God to bless others.
This is the story of Suchitra Srisang, who found the love of Jesus through a family tragedy and now pioneers new churches for His glory.
I once resented the Gospel. After my Christian mother was seriously injured in a car accident, I blamed Jesus for failing to protect her. However, despite her suffering, her love for Him never wavered. My turning point arrived unexpectedly at a church meeting I attended with her; I entered the meeting in bitterness but left with a new life. Upon hearing the Gospel and believing in Jesus, my defiance was transformed into faith.
Jesus showed me a love that is stronger than any hardship and set me free from the power of sin and karma. Now, my greatest joy is telling others about Him. After completing the Going Deep and Going Strong discipleship training, I am now on the front lines, helping pioneering a new church in Chum Phae, Khon Kaen. Thank you to everyone who prayed me into the Kingdom. May Jesus bless you all!
Together, we are equipping leaders, strengthening churches, and advancing the Gospel across Thailand.
Blessings,
