Matt 6:34 “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

In my quiet time yesterday morning I read this verse and I am glad I did because it was a reminder for me today. I met with our landlord today because the contract for the rent of our office building was to expire at the end of this month and I was hoping to renew the contract for another five year contract. Unfortunately, that did not happen. They informed me that they want to sell the property. We have been in the building for the past three years and I am convinced that God had provided us this place. It fit our needs perfectly and is in an ideal location.

The good news is the landlord is giving us the opportunity to purchase the building and property if we agree to purchase it by the end of three months. They have given us a couple of options.

1. We purchase the property (300 sq. meters) and office building for $175,000
2. We divide the property. We purchase just the office building and the property (about 110 sq. meters) around the building for $110,000.

Our preference is the first option because it gives us space to grow. The second option would be great but would put limits on how we can grow.

Please pray for us as we seek direction from God as to what to do. Over the next few weeks I plan to connect with both Thai and American contacts who may be interested in helping us purchase the property. Please pray for me as I do this. Pray that if it is God’s will for us to purchase this property that he would provide the means to do so. Otherwise, that He would show us clearly what the next step would be for us to take.

This building has been a real blessing for our ministry. It is used for the following purposes:

• Our staff develops and maintains the Harvest church database and mapping software. This system has been a great blessing for both Thailand and Cambodia as it is used to show clearly where churches need to be planted.
• We converted thousands of Christian materials from paper into digital to be put into digital libraries and or eBook format
• We maintain several digital libraries of Christian resources in several languages
• We have printed thousands of Christian books for dozen of ministries using the Print on Demand system provided to us last year by Bethany International.
• We maintain evangelist Facebook sites in nine languages.
• The conference room has been used by several groups who needed a large room to have meeting.
