A new disciple of Jesus
Dear Norm 
Please take a few minutes view the short video shown above. We are confident you will enjoy watching it.
 
As we reflect on what God is doing in Thailand we see eight key reasons why this movement is successful.
  1. We have an “army” of hundreds of volunteer church planters who are passionate about telling others about Jesus
  2. We have a clear vision and plan for making disciples of Jesus.
  3. We go to villages where the Gospel has never been heard.  Sometimes down small country roads to find a village where most people would never think of visiting.
  4. Our church planters are Thai people who evangelize in a manner that is understood by Thai people.
  5. Our church planters return repeatedly to the villages to disciple the new believers until a Christian community is established.  These believers come together to worship and learn more about God on a regular basis.  We call these communities - house churches.
  6. Accurate data is kept on each believer so we can track their spiritual progress.
  7. Once every village in a district has at least one house church, a mother church is established.  The mother church teaches the house church leaders so they can train the house church members.
  8. We have people like you who are the “supply train” to this army.  Without your prayer and financial support this army of church planters would have difficulty going to new villages.  The movement would slow to a crawl. Your “supply train” accelerates the movement which means more people get to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ.
We are excited to see what God has in store over the coming years as this movement continues to accelerate.

I want to thank you for making yourself available for the Zoom meeting last week. It was a game changer in the sense that the meeting attendees realized you cannot make a credible church planting strategy without relevant information. There are a whole lot of missionaries who are well intentioned but not well informed. No wonder the result is catastrophic.

Name Change

The FJCCA (Free in Jesus Christ Church Association)

has changed its name to

the AFT (Association of Free Churches in Thailand).  

The old name and acronym “FJCCA”  was confusing to many people so we changed it
 
Future Plans

Mary Kay is planning to visit to the United States starting in early January 2022. Dwight will visit the US in early March.  We will return to Thailand together in April 2022.  We desire to meet with you when we are in the US next year.
