Dear Norm
The interactive map shown above labeled “The Art of Church Planting" displays the locations where AFT church planters have found "persons of peace" down every road and lane. Each dots represents the GPS coordinate where someone has accepted the Gospel Message and as a result, we form a house church in their village to disciple them.
The colors indicate the different districts. The AFT church planters establish a district church once every village in a district has a house church. The district church in turn continues to grow and disciple the house church members. This map is updated daily and allows you to see the gospel spreading in Thailand in "near real time".
As participants in this revival for the last seven years, we have observed three kinds of responses from Christians around the world: "GLAD, SAD and MAD". Most Christians who learn about this revival are GLAD. They thank God for the breakthrough in reaching the Thai people after 200 years of Gospel presence.
A smaller group is SAD. They lament the fact that it took so long for the Thai people to finally have access to the gospel message. They mourn for the countless souls who perished without knowing Jesus.
Only a few people are in the MAD category and they fit into two different perspectives. One is envious that this revival began in the rural areas and not in the urban centers where the educated Christian leaders reside. They question the value of this movement, like the skeptic who asked, "Can anything good come from Nazareth?" The other mad group are those whose worldview and missiology prevent them from recognizing the blessing that God is bestowing on Thailand. But we take comfort in Jesus' words in Matthew 5:10-12, which assure us that we are on the right track when we face opposition.
We have a trip to the US scheduled from late July to late August. We have contacted many of you and are looking forward to sharing with you and visiting with you. We are grateful for your support as we strive to spread the gospel to every village in Thailand.
Blessings in Jesus,
Dwight & Mary Kay Martin

Note: The map above was created using a data capture tool called Kaptrack, a revolutionary app that Dwight created, to track this movement. This map is just one example of how this "remote capture and tracking" app can be used.
Kaptrack is an innovative tool that can help ministries and organizations monitor and evaluate their impact, identify opportunities and challenges, and share their stories with others. Kaptrack is still in beta testing, but we have received a lot of interest from various organizations who want to use it for their purposes.
